I can only hope to watch and learn! It’s always a bit of downer for me when it is suddenly so quiet after being surrounded by so many loved ones doing so many fun things. You certainly cope much better – this smoked salmon looks outstanding. (Me, I’d be making a grilled cheese sandwich while moping and missing my husband.)
