The macaron tower is amazing. I’ve not done a tower before, but I’ve got to try it. I like the color combination that you use. It’s so soft and soothing which matches a welcoming of a baby nephew.

When are you visiting Edmonton??? This is a beautiful tribute to your perfect and adorable nephew. Birth is such a miracle. And your macarons!!! I need a lesson from you! Yes, I have to practice what I have been taught already from Lenotre when I get home (in a wireless cafe in Bosnia right now uploading photos for another post) – but, you are the master. NOW … I have a question on your buttercream recipe. I am looking for a chocolate buttercream recipe like this buttercream ( a real buttercream a la boiled sugar) and have had no luck. Can you point me in a direction? Thanks!
